GENERAL INFORMATION
This online store is operated under the trade name burrowpet by Samuel Carballo Pacheco, Tax ID (NIF) 71786634T, Camino de la Iglesia 20, 3J, 33690, Asturias, Spain ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting or buying from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy, Refund and Shipping Policies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence always apply where they are more favourable to you.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
2. PRODUCTS
We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. We may update product descriptions or stop selling a product at any time.
3. ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud; if we do, we will notify you and refund any amount paid.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The price that applies is the one shown at the time of your order. Any shipping costs or taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout before you pay. Import duties charged by your country's authorities are described in our Shipping Policy. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and are usually delivered within 4 to 8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the product is delivered. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
6. 90-DAY GUARANTEE, RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL
Our products come with a 90-day money-back guarantee. Consumers in the EU and UK also have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details and conditions are in our Refund Policy.
7. LEGAL WARRANTY
Products sold to consumers in Spain and the European Union are covered by the statutory legal warranty of conformity of 3 years from delivery, under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Directive (EU) 2019/771. If a product is defective or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Consumers elsewhere keep the warranty rights granted by their local law.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in this store, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or to those who have authorised its use. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. REVIEWS AND COMMENTS
If you send us reviews, photos or comments, you allow us to use them to operate and promote our store. You confirm that the content is your own, truthful and does not infringe anyone's rights.
10. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the store for illegal or fraudulent purposes, provide false information, impersonate others, introduce malicious code, scrape data without permission, or interfere with the store's operation.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with burrowpet. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
12. ERRORS
We may correct errors or inaccuracies in information on the store, including prices, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our store. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for defective products or for rights consumers cannot waive.

15. CHANGES AND TERMINATION
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. We may suspend access to the store if these Terms are breached.
16. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts of the consumer's place of residence. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
